Good afternoon everyone. I truly hope that you and your family are enjoying your holiday festivities. I also hope that this message finds you all healthy and well. I am reaching out to all with a question. According to our timeline for the next event (the weekend of April 29, 30, May 1, 2022), we are due to begin planning in January. At this time, January 10th (Monday evening) is not available at the 4th quarter because some national championship game is being played that evening... news at 11. Anyhew, I would like to hold our next Smith planning meeting on Monday, January 17th at 6:30pm at the 4th quarter. I realize that this is also the MLK holiday. Also, I am (like last year) watching the COVID contingencies carefully. So here is my very loaded question. Would you be available and/or willing to attend the planning meeting on 1/17/22 at 6:30pm at the 4th quarter? Do you prefer to attend via Zoom? Thoughts? Thank you all for all that you do.
