TMH called for 501C3 number

Thank you Stan. Your efforts and family have come through with a donation from TMH, as they did last year. Kudos!! Last year the donation was for $1000. The communications officer called me today to get the 501C3 number for their records. Much appreciated! -Andrea

Last year they asked for a W-9. It is just an IRS form providing the FEIN / tax ID and certifying we are not subject to back-up withholding. Don't know if it has to be re-dated or not. Let me know if you need it.
