Even though I'm not chair... wanted to get some input which may be ignored/changed, etc. Friday pick up time changed to 4 pm to 8 (not 5-8) Saturday registration: 8:30- 3 PM (registration sells dinner tickets until 12 pm when final dinner number is called in. Rec. staying open to sell shirts, chance tickets, lunch tickets- unless grill can process credit cards- until grill closes at 3 p. Also sells a lot of chance tickets during this time) Insert 12 pm: final dinner count to vendor Sunday: Registration open to sell shirts, chance tickets, lunch tickets (unless grill can process credit cards 11-2 pm )requires only one person.

This is looking great Deb! A few observations: For Friday: *We are not having entertainment at last discussion. Please modify it to Beach gathering with food available for purchase. For Saturday: *Could we indicate somehow that racing is an all day event rather than only at 11? Suggestions welcomed. *Also, dinner at 6 - last check Posey's was not confirmed - Linda was working on getting confirmation at last meeting. *can we move luminaries to 7:30 (after dinner); and *Buckets of Cheer - not sure of sponsors yet. Is it possible to set up the events and not add the specific details like poseys and who buckets of cheer? Deb, Thank you so much!!! And thanks John for taking the lead on understanding the boat race needs.

I'm good with trying the Friday racing again. Maybe the Sunfish folks will like it (I've asked, no response yet) and the Wetas may like the extra day.
