Let's Consider Moving Up the Skippers' Meeting for PHRF to 9

We have a couple of PHRF boats that will need to be at the dock by 4:00 PM (due to tide) and racing normally starts at 1:00 PM. I am polling the skippers registered and one not yet registered about meeting at the beach at 9:30 to start racing at Noon. I will update here once I hear back and have consensus.
