I do have some suggestions/corrections to registration forms. All forms should have the date of the regatta as April 24-26, 2026. They should also all have the Women's V-neck shirt sizes listed. Here are other suggestions: Portsmouth & One Design: 1. Where First Mate is listed (put if applicable) 2. Where it talks about what registration includes, put period after entertainment for crewed. If a single registration fee, one shirt, one beverage bracelet, and one dinner. 3. Under registration fees, Total Extra Shirts (crewed registration fee includes 2 shirts) 4. Total Extra Saturday Night Dinners (crewed registration fee includes 2 dinners) 5. ** We hereby agree to pick up our own beverage bracelet(s). 6. Where you sign at end of form: Signed (Skipper) Signed (First Mate) PHRF Fleet Vessel Entry Form: 1. **bracelet(s) 2. Great start Deb! My observations and questions: 1) are these forms for late registration only? 2) prices are higher than last year guest was 65/75 late/55 without dinner, listed as 75. Windsurfer (single handed boats) 70/80 last year, listed as 90. Crewed last year 100/110 late, this year 110. Crew = guest price, not specified last year. 3) can we a statement about the bec bracelet that it also is non-transferable. ( or only for registrant. )? 4) concerned about weigh-in at registration. We can’t take their guesstimate of their own weight. Seems like this might slow down registration. 5) can we indicate club membership not required. 6) on PO&D registration the statement of registration inclusion is problematic “…dinner tickets and entertainment for crewed …” maybe use version phrasing on phrf form. 7) why is conditions capitalized prior to signature line? 8) is Michael Getman okay with his phone number so publicly provided on phrf form? 9) why referencing/referring crew to smith website? 10) do you want to know who’s address is presented when two names listed on crewed boats?
