If at least 200 tickets have been sold by the end of the Rock the Dock Fishing Tournament, the winning ticket will be randomly drawn at the conclusion of the tournament. If fewer than 200 tickets have been sold by that time, ticket sales will remain open and the winning ticket will be randomly drawn at the Panacea Blue Crab Festival on Friday, September 26, 2026. The winner does not have to be present to win and will be contacted using the information provided with the winning ticket. The winner must be 18 years of age or older. Before taking possession of the golf cart, the winner must pay all applicable taxes, registration fees, licensing fees, and other costs associated with accepting or operating the golf cart. The winner is solely responsible for their actions and agrees not to hold the Rock the Dock Fishing Tournament, Panacea Waterfronts, or All Terrain Specialties, LLC liable for any claim arising from or connected with winning, accepting, possessing, or using the golf cart. Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible donations. The suggested minimum ticket price is $100. To obtain one free raffle ticket without making a purchase or donation, bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Mike's Marine Supply, 1296 Coastal Highway, Panacea, Florida 32346, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, between 9:15 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Limit one free ticket per household. A person may not obtain a free ticket on behalf of someone else.
